Fitness Dance

As the art form, this type of activity starts up emotions, involves all senses and creates something beautiful. It requires combined work of the whole body. Unbreakable bond of the dance, music and rhythm discovers higher parts of our beings. In the technical (physical) sense, it involves the whole body, and develops a lot of motoric capabilities like: strength, coordination, speed and flexibility of the whole body. Nowadays, this form of dancing has a corrective function because it corrects physical attitude, walking, and it corrects leg deformities.

Fitness dance is intended for participants aged 16 or higher.
