Intentions of these yoga practices are proper movement and breathing. Hatha yoga also helps balancing out the physical and the mental, which means there is no forced entry into a position. Body needs to be respected, which brings happiness and pleasure. The only things required are understanding and patience. They make the body more flexible, as well as they improve the connection between the nerves and the muscles.
